REPORT ON ORDINANCE NO.9 OF 1898.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, en-

"An Ordinance to amend The Kowloon Godowns

Tramways Ordinance, 1897.'

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not

contrary to the Governor's Instructions.

This Ordinance amends Ordinance 18 of 1897 in

the manner directed by the Secretary of State, in his despatch

No.13 of 21st January, 1898.
